Curry County Detention Center
SDV was contracted as Curry County’s Consultant/Advisor for the construction and renovation. In that capacity, assisted with the
preparation of the contract with the General Contractor and monitored, reviewed, and provided periodic analysis of the project. SDV assisted the contractor in maximizing the operational and financial performance of the project through value engineering. SDV kept the County Manager and Facilities Superintendent informed and briefed on the progress of construction and ensured that the Contractor was in compliance with the plans and specifications.

Spaceport America
SDV was contracted as the Owners Representative Construction Manager for the State of New Mexico, New Mexico Spaceport Authority (NMSA), on the $20+ million Phase 2 construction of Spaceport America. In this capacity, SDV provided full-ranging services that include representing and advising NMSA on all aspects (planning, design, construction, occupancy and warranty support) of multiple construction projects that include both vertical and horizontal construction.
