Construction Manager at Risk

At SDV Construction, our Construction Management at Risk (CMAR) approach is built on collaboration, transparency, and proactive project leadership. We partner closely with owners and design teams from the earliest stages to transform ideas into fully realized projects on time and within budget.

Through CMAR, SDV delivers a wide range of preconstruction services designed to maximize value and minimize risk. Our team provides detailed cost estimating, constructability reviews, scheduling, and value analysis long before construction begins. This early involvement allows us to identify opportunities for savings, resolve potential challenges, and ensure every design decision aligns with your goals.

One of the key advantages of CMAR is the Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP), established prior to the completion of design. This ensures cost certainty while maintaining the flexibility to refine details as the project evolves. Once construction begins, our experienced managers, field supervisors, and trade partners work seamlessly to deliver exceptional quality, safety, and performance protecting your investment every step of the way.
