Nahata Dziil Community

SDV Construction provided design/build construction services for the new Nahata Dziil Community Health Center in Sanders, Arizona. The design incorporated programs of a wide variety of user groups into a single 30,000 SF facility. The scope of work involved interior demolition and renovation construction of an existing industrial building to create the new community clinic.
The facility includes: a dental clinic, medical clinic, eye clinic, behavioral health clinic, podiatry, physical therapy, pharmacy, laboratory, x-ray/imaging area, education/ conference room, fitness room and locker room, public lobby/waiting area and administrative office space.
