ABQ BioPark Lebanon and Beyond Garden

SDV Construction was contracted as the Construction Manager at Risk for the ABQ BioPark Lebanon and Beyond Garden project, a culturally rich addition to the Botanic Garden that brings the landscapes, architecture, and plant life of Lebanon and the Mediterranean to Albuquerque. The project includes stone terracing, shaded seating areas, a water feature, an outdoor fireplace, and a variety of flexible-use spaces connected by looping pathways. Native and endangered Mediterranean plants are integrated with New Mexico species throughout the garden. An Orangerie was also added to the Conservatory, providing a climate controlled space to house sensitive Mediterranean plant species during colder months and serve as a venue for private events. The garden blends natural beauty with architectural elements to create an immersive, educational, and community-focused experience.
