Design-Build
SDV Construction is ideally suited for the Design-Build delivery method, offering clients a seamless and efficient approach from concept to completion. Our detailed and thoroughly developed Design-Build process leverages the full strength of our in-house expertise combining construction management, cost estimating, and field experience with the specialized skills of highly qualified architects, engineers, and trade partners.

The Design-Build process begins with collaboration. From the earliest stages, our design and construction teams work together to define project goals, budget parameters, and performance criteria. This early integration allows us to identify challenges, explore innovative solutions, and make informed decisions before construction begins. As design progresses, cost and constructability are continuously evaluated, ensuring that every element aligns with the client’s priorities. Once design is finalized, SDV transitions seamlessly into construction, maintaining clear communication, tight schedule control, and consistent quality oversight through project completion.

By uniting design and construction under one contract and one team, SDV streamlines communication, accelerates delivery, and delivers a final product that reflects both exceptional quality and the client’s vision.
