Project Scope
Construct new comfort station consisting of men’s, women’s and handicap restrooms at Ute Lake State Park. Project included all labor and materials to accomplish site work, site utilities, concrete, steel erection, framing, drywall, windows, finishes, roofing, plumbing, HVAC and electrical.
- 1265 square foot concrete masonry unit building divided into three restroom facilities
- 2200 Metal building cover and overhang to protect the facility from harsh weather conditions
- Solar power hot water heating
- Installed a new septic system including a lift station and over 2000 lf of force mains
- Included 7 showers, 10 water closets and 5 lavatories.
- 150 lf of parking areas
