Project Scope
The project consisted of demolishing the existing water treatment plant to include tanks, piping, pumps, controls, and electrical and constructing a new 45GPM water treatment facility.
Project included:
- Lead abatement and demolition of old water storage tanks and sand filters.
- Construction of new housekeeping pads and loading dock.
- Installation of a 90 GPM Siemens L10V CMF-L Microfiltration Unit.
- Installation of a new Atlas Copco Model SF 2 air compressor.
- Flow meters, level sensors, turbidity meters, chlorine analyzers and PLC based controls.
- Installed a 3000 gallon finish water tank and 3000 gallon Raw Water Tank.
- Installation of a 45 gpm booster pump.
- Installed all piping, valves, gauges, and static mixers.
- New 3 phase electrical service and distribution system.
