Project Scope
The project consisted of complete interior demolition of existing walls, non-structural frame, flooring, roofing and window front of a pre-existing building. Once demolition was completed, new structural steel framing was built for all interior walls. Electrical conduit and wiring was installed to accommodate an increase in tenet occupancy. Oversized air handling units were roof mounted to minimize heat and cooling loss. Custom tile and flooring were used to give a modern feel and aesthetic look. A few high points are below:

- Installed room occupancy censors to conserve power usage
- Installed below counter mounted stainless steel sinks
- Free floating dome ceiling for the conference room
- Free floating cloud ceiling throughout entire office space
- Installed (2) 208v, 104,000 Btu pad mounted HVAC units
